Content:: Inspiration for creating a life centered around home and family. Articles focus on faith, marriage, child-rearing, home education, home management, work from home, health, and handcrafts.
Audience:: Largely stay-at-home/work-from-home mothers of all faiths with 3 or more children. We also serve newlyweds and grandparents!
Buying Habits:: Frugal, concerned about quality. Prefer to buy handmade, or at least from family-owned small businesses.
Numbers:: Family Centered Living™ was moved from the weblog “Simple Gifts” and has inherited that audience. Current average number of unique visitors each month is 10,000, with as many as 20,000, and as low as 7000. Page views average 30,000 each month with a high of 40,000 and a low of 20,000.
Rates::
- Magazine:: $50/month for random placement {125×125}. Advertisements show on all pages in the far right sidebar, below the fold.
- Community:: (on the Family Centered Living Network™) 125×125 = $20/mo, 250×125 $35/mo.
- Family Centered Live!™ (BlogTalk Radio, U Stream, iTunes programs):: $200/mention/episode.
Availability:: There is a maximum of 6 spaces available on the Family Centered Living™ site, and a maximum of 3 mentions available on each episode of Family Centered Live!™. Family Centered Living Network™ advertising is TBD.
Acceptable Advertisements:: Anything family friendly! Etsy and Ruby Lane shops are acceptable, Ebay shops are not. If you wish to advertise a single product, such as a book, CD, or video, please contact us.
Specifications::
- Website:: 125×125 pixel copy at no greater than 100 dpi. Acceptable file extensions – .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png
- Network:: 125×125 or 250×125 copy at no greater than 100 dpi. Acceptable file extensions – .gif, . jpg, .jpeg, .png
- Family Centered Live!™:: 10-30 second spot, clean (no static or occult noise), podsafe/royalty free background music is acceptable. Acceptable formats – .mp3 or mp4 only
Services::
- Web advertisement creation:: $100/hour (usually takes less than an hour when elements are provided or easily accessible). You own the advert file, so you can use it elsewhere.
- Voice work:: $100/hour. Simple adverts should take less than an hour. More complex adverts (generally requiring acquisition of background music, or longer adverts) will take longer.
Policies::
- Payment in full is due for advertising prior to run (contact us for payment options)
- Advertising is booked in blocks of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months for Magazine and Community
- Advertisers will be provided with metrics upon request
- Services charged in 1/4 hr. increments, payable on completion.
- Anything purchased on your behalf in the creation of your advertisement (images, sound clips) will be charged actual cost.
- Cancellation of web ad before contract period expiration will be refunded remaining balance.
- Cancellations are not accepted for Family Centered Live! since recordings are created in advance.
- Family Centered Living and Partridge Hill Media reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement it deems to be offensive, or by any company it deems to be harmful in any way to its audience.
